The power of perspective consists in the ability to observe any given situation from different angles, to consider multiple points of view and widen given paradigms. I believe this skill to be essential in order to better understand each other, reframe situations, explore alternatives and ultimately expand possibilities.

As a coach specialized in accompanying young leaders and entrepreneurs, I associate creative tools and pragmatic disciplines such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help my coachees deepen their self-knowledge, grow a strong emotional intelligence and become benevolent (self-)leaders. My mission is to guide those driven individuals on the path towards building a meaningful and fulfilling future.

8 years of international experience in France, Chile, Spain, Mexico, Italy and Brazil in the HR, Education, and Tech industries have allowed me to develop extensive knowledge in career consulting, business strategy and personal development. I have advised 200+ individuals in their journey to self-realization by helping them find their purpose, strengthen their self-esteem and assertiveness, build unique personal brands and leverage the essentials of effective communication that make them flourish and thrive, both in their personal and professional lives.

Graduated in Business Administration from NEOMA Business School, I am also a certified Neurolinguistic Programing Practitioner from The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming™, and a Points of You® L2 Practitioner.
