I believe in a more harmonious world made by conscious leaders that believed in developing their self-leadership first.  

I count with 6+ years of international experience in career coaching and consulting, accompanying 1,000+ bold entrepreneurs and forward-thinking professionals, from all over the  globe, in the fulfilling development of their careers. In my coaching practice, I use creative methods levering playfulness and arts to connect with the unconscious mind, including LEGO models and drawing techniques. I also use rational tools to work on deep-rooted beliefs and thoughts using the spellbinding art of powerful questions and Improv techniques.

Having lived and worked in Peru, Chile and Bolivia allowed me to develop a deep knowledge of various Latin American work cultures and job markets. I also teach and mentor MBA candidates of leading educational institutions such as ESADE and ESCP Business School, giving me the chance to shape the leaders of tomorrow.

Graduated in Business Administration at ESADE Business School, certified Facilitator in LEGO Serious Play methods and in Phenomenological Coaching. Holder of a Postgraduate Degree in Organizational Coaching and Change Management from Universidad de Chile.
