I develop journeys of self-knowledge and expression as a bridge to unite mind and heart, through introspection and conscious leadership. The experiences that I propose are very inspired by the 25 years that I worked in the Human Development area of ​​multinational companies such as Inditex, Hyatt and Auchan, as well as my path of personal growth and learning. I am passionate about the healing and transformative power of movement, community, connection, presence, and trust, and I dedicate my life to sharing it with others.
