I believe that great leaders focus on creating positive impact while demonstrating inspiring behaviors. They have clear values and purpose, take full responsibility for their actions, seek to achieve excellence without seeking to reach perfection, and they have the humility to learn constantly and from every person they meet. My mission is to empower those conscious leaders and determined change makers to amplify their impact.

Since 2012, I have been accompanying thousands of conscious leaders from 20+ countries to maximize their influence and impact on their team, their organization, their environment and the world. I have also been collaborating with some of the most prestigious universities in Latin America, the USA and Europe to activate the potential of tomorrow’s leaders.

My federating leadership style, my diplomacy and my fierce optimism made me a designated change agent. For the past 17 years, I have been driving large-scale transformation programs within multinationals such as Standard & Poor’s and Societe Generale Investment Banking, as well as ministries and new ventures. Having lived and worked in the USA, Chile, Brazil, Spain, France, Germany and the UK, I bring my clients a truly global perspective.
